KYIV. May 22. (Interfax) - Ukraine's state debt fell to 36% of GDP from 39.9% as of early 2012, Governor of National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) Serhiy Arbuzov said at a meeting with representatives of the European Department of the International Monetary Fund (IMF).
