The article offers the author's insights regarding the effective application of the customer relationship management (CRM) technology. It states that the usage of the concept of muscle memory in the business process is effective in which the body does a thing automatically when done repetitively. It says that social CRM is helpful in managing and fulfilling challenging customer situations.
