The article presents Trial Practice Committee news. At the Section Annual Conference to be held in New York City on April 21-23, 2010, the Trial Practice Committee is sponsoring a plenary session entitled "Great Openings and Closings from the Lawyers Who Gave Them." With the special project for the drafting of guidelines for ethical witness preparation with the Ethics Committee underway, the Trial Practice Committee expect to submit the proposed language to Section leadership.
