Eleven compounds were isolated by silica gel column chromatography from Sphallerocarpus gracilis. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral analysis and identified as falearinol (1), (3R ,8S)-falearindiol (2), diplaniol (3), 5-hydroxy-8-methoxy-2H-l-benzopyran-2-one (4),esculetin (5),scopolin (6), xanthalin (7), isoimperatorin (8), daucosterol (9), β-sitosterol (10) and stigmasterol ( 11 ). Compounds 1 ~ 6 were isolated form Sphallerocarpus gracilis for the first time.
