ABSTRACT
The article discusses the outlook for Great Britain's commercial real estate sector in comparison to the double-dip recession of the 1990s. Figures are provided which show month-on-month declines in the prime property sector due to a deterioration in growth expectations and lack of financing. Economic commentators' comparisons between the British real estate market in 2012 and in the 1990s are also addressed.
