ABSTRACT
The article reports on the profits gained by W & H Properties in Manhattan, New York City through building out office spaces in its properties for firm lease. Several firms have leased office spaces at its properties including law firm Aronauer, Re & Yudell LLP at One Grand Central Place and air-conditioning and refrigeration giant Carrier Corp. at 1350 Broadway. 70,000 square feet of prebuilt space at One Grand Central Place building has been built, and around half of it has been leased.
