ABSTRACT
The article presents information on prescriptions by the doctors for drugs that are being used off label for patient's health. It mentions that Tewodros Eguale from McGill University in Montreal and colleagues studied data from electronic health records. It was observed that four out of five off-label prescriptions lacked evidence that the drug was effective in curing patient's disorder.
