The article discusses growing business through developing talent. It says that some companies are struggling to establish an effective planning organization and acknowledged a growing talent gap, in which they find it difficult to attract and retain an effective planning talent. It states that they have to reset their expectation and monitor leaders to develop planning teams. It adds that planning is a coordinating role aligned with the growth strategy and expectations of a company.
