ABSTRACT
The article discusses the corporate use of social business design in the wake of several technological and digital innovations in the 21st century. The emergence of Internet and social networking companies such as Google, Facebook, and Twitter, have reportedly revolutionized the way in which corporations conduct themselves. In order to remain competitive, companies need to adapt to changing markets. The importance of a corporation's interaction with user communities is also examined.
