ABSTRACT
The article presents information that the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has authorized the contractors including Science Applications International Corp., Earth Resources Technology Inc. and Serafina Technical Consulting LLC to access its confidential business information. This step has been taken in accordance with the Greenhouse Gas Reporting Program of the U.S. The EPA is soliciting public comments on this issue by April 18, 2012 via electronic mail or in writings.
