ABSTRACT
This study discusses the status of repetition and the phenomenon of parallelism presenting a set of 35 of handwritten texts provided by a 6 year old child. I take as the theoretical basis the language while possible subjective structuring (Lemos, 2006) that occurs from the discourse of the other/Other. Therefore, the language establishes a trine relationship (I-you/he-she) responsible for the access of the subject to the Symbolic register and to the 'figures' of the other. (Dufour, 2000) The Other established here permits multiple and complex relations between the one who composes the enunciative process and the associations accomplished by the scripter, always from his subjective position. From then on, it is identified in the analyzed material how the titles are given, its linguistic elements and its references to the text body that follows are repeated throughout theses manuscripts and how the 'relations in parallel' are established between them. From the perspective discussed here, these relations fulfill a structuring function in these texts produced by the girl. The analysis allowed us to indicate that the 'repetition' materialized by 'relations in parallel' is related to the functioning of the language.
