ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the fifth training seminar of Treatt PLC in Bury St. Edmunds, England with regards to the flavour raw materials. It states that the training session has been participated by thirty-three professionals from the 26 companies which covers the several aspects of ingredient sourcing, analysis and development. It also says that the training course has covered several lectures including citrus processing, the history and varieties of tea, and kosher and halal certification.
