ABSTRACT
The article offers the author's insights on becoming a mother. The author states that she considered being mother to her adopted daughter as the most significant event in her life. She mentions that although she did not have nine months preparation for the change of her life, it did not take long to be aware of the lifetime commitment. She adds that being a mother was the biggest and most honorable blessing in her life.
