ABSTRACT
The article offers the author's insights on some of the social and cultural developments relative to the U.S.' involvement in the conflict in the Gulf Region. The author mentions the use of the term "warrior" for the participants in the Gulf War and the increasing number of veterans organizations. Moreover, the author says that the increasing number of veterans organizations imply that the veterans' needs are not met.
