ABSTRACT
The article discusses a study conducted to evaluate the impact of socioeconomic disparities in the uptake of female screening in Italy. It has been informed that data from the 2004-2005 national health interview survey were analyzed and logistic regression models were used to estimate the association between socioeconomic factors and female screening utilization. It has been informed that study results suggest organized screening programs could help in tackling inequalities.
