ABSTRACT
The article presents a study conducted by the U.S Government Accountability Office (GAO) on compliance of lobbyist with disclosure requirement. The Honest Leadership and Open Government Act (HLOGA) requires lobbyist to file semiannual reports and disclosure reports with certain political contribution. The GAO has to examine annually the lobbyist's compliance disclosure requirement, identify challenges associated with lobbyists report.
