ABSTRACT
The article presents information on a notice issued by the U.S. National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) to inform about a petition filed by Fuji Heavy Industries USA Inc. seeking grant exemptions in the antitheft regulations for Subaru automobile. The NHTSA has granted exemptions in the U.S. Federal Motor Vehicle Theft Prevention standards for 2013 models of the vehicle.
