ABSTRACT
The article offers information on the study regarding the role and influence of bureaucratic actors in the public policy made by legislature and its implementation. It mentions the factors that influence the effectiveness of bureaucratic actor in influencing the legislature which include term limits, member of majority party, and citizen ideology. It states that the institutional features of the government greatly affect the perceived influenced of legislators in making public policy. It says that a further research on effect of bureaucracy with democratic system is needed.
