ABSTRACT
The article focuses on some of the most common perceptions related to project management among stakeholders. It also discusses how project managers can deal with stakeholder expectations. As stated, one of the common perception is that project managers keep something secret with regard to the project but in reality it is the failure of the project manager to engage stakeholder in the effort. It states that project managers should be clear and transparent when managing stakeholder expectation.
