ABSTRACT
The article discusses ways for building and maintaining one's employability. The author shares that although New Zealand takes pride in its production of an increasing number of new graduates, technicians and apprentices, there is still a need for updating with appropriate coaching and mentoring programmes. According to the author, the area of added value may offer the potential for growth and profitability, as well as taking responsibility for action.
