ABSTRACT
The article discusses several critical issues prevailing in Detroit, Michigan includes the funding crisis and increasing cases of Human Immunodeficiency virus (HIV). As mentioned, the State HIV statistics shows high HIV prevalence rate and there is need to check on the epidemics and crisis management. It also informs about a report by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention related to increased cases of HIV amongst black community of men who have sex with men (MSM).
