ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the security issues related to the border between Canada and the U.S. It discusses the report by the customs and border protection bureau of the U.S. homeland security which proposed fencing of the border at critical spots in four geographic areas including west of the Rocky Mountains, the Prairie Provinces, the Great Lakes and Atlantic Canada-New England. Patrolling of two predator B drone aircraft over the border from Minnesota to Washington (D.C.) is also discussed.
