The article offers information on the Summer Enrichment Program (SEP) of the Institute for Diversity in Health Management that contributed to the success of a number of administrators at medical facilities in the U.S. It focuses on the accomplishments of Jyric Sims, chief operating officer at Clear Lake Regional Medical Center in Texas, Aegis Group Search Consultants chief executive officer John Green and Main Line Health president John J. Lynch that they attribute to the SEP.
