Role of Agricultural and Natural Resources Organizations (ANOs) in Iran's Developing Employment and Market

This study is aimed to identify and priority the role of agricultural and natural resources organizations (ANOs) in developing employment and market of Iran. This is descriptive and applied study and the methodology is causal-comparative. The statistical population including members of ANO in three provinces (N-3265); a sample of 343 members was selected by cluster sampling. The information was collected through questionnaire and data was analyzed by SPSS13 in two descriptive and analytical sections. In prioritizing ANO existing role results showed that reduction of agricultural graduates unemployment, development of members employment, and reduce the government control and in prioritizing the desirable role, improving agricultural efficacy, attracting the entrepreneurs to the agriculture sector, and realizing the rights of reproductive are the first to third priorities, respectively.
