ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the resources and process needed in producing health technology assessment (HTA). It states that HTA provides decision makers in the healthcare sector with the needed evidence for the introduction and use of health technologies. It also mentions the different parameters which can be used in judging the quality of technology and its intervention before adopting it.
