ABSTRACT
The article presents an approach to manage weight without getting hungry. It cites several foods with lots of water and fiber which will keep a person full without eating large amount of calories including low fat or fat free milk, whole grains, and fruits and vegetables as well as lean meat. It also cites ideas for cutting back on calories without eating less such as substituting cream-based soup with broth-based soup and chips with baby carrots with hummus.
