ABSTRACT
In this paper we examine the history and existing definitions of reflection and propose an integrative definition and framework for reflection use within organizations. Our definition and framework incorporate numerous perspectives of reflection, recognizing the possibilities for different processes and different outcomes of reflection. In addition, we present and discuss an example of reflective practice, linking the practical case back to our framework.
