Reports on Abbott Mead Vickers BBDO's impending loss of its St Ivel Shape advertising account to Rainey Kelly Campbell Roalfe/Y&R following the brand's acquisition by French company Groupe Danone. Reason cited by St Ivel parent company Uniq for the sale of the brand; Rainey Kelly as handler of all of Danone's brands in Great Britain.
