The article focuses on the recruitment strategy wherein job board is use together with LinkedIn. It says that job boards and LinkedIn, if use together, could provide best opportunity for sourcing job candidates and job leads. It says that job boards allows recruiters to tap people with the knowledge of recruitment as referral sources and connections in LinkedIn. It adds that job boards allows for recruiter to tap other hiring manager.
