ABSTRACT
The article looks at the significance of making follow-up calls to new members in establishing long-term relationship within the financial services industry in the U.S. A survey from research firm Bancography indicated the importance of onboarding, highlighting the details concerning its conducted research. It is inferred that contact and interaction with new accountholders within early months builds a foundation for a financial relationship.
