ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the use of Facebook web site by automobile dealers. According to the attendees of a J. D. Power and Associates Internet Roundtable, proper usage of Facebook and other social-media web sites allow dealers to enhance credibility and connect with consumers. Roy Bavaro of New Jersey-based dealership chain DCH Auto Group says that Facebook should be used to add value and not as a direct sales tool.
