The article discusses research study on how employees cope with the abusive behavior of bosses. It references a study by Dana Yagil and colleagues, published in the "International Journal of Stress Management." The study discovered five strategies used by employees to cope with the stress associated with abusive bosses. It also described the negative impact of abusive bosses on employee attitudes.
