ABSTRACT
The article discusses the positive and negative effects of jealousy in a company. It states that an aware leader knows how to use good jealousy effectively. A suggestion to handle bad jealousy is offered. The role of leadership in managing jealousy is noted. According to the article, knowing the difference between good and bad jealousy can keep the organization to move forward.
