ABSTRACT
The most important factor in the success of computer assisted educational implementations is the evaluation and preference of educational software, which is an important issue. The preference for accurate software is important for attaining the goals of lesson, drawing the attention of students to lesson and increasing students' motivation. However, the developments in software technology and therefore approaches towards changing software make the preference process of educational software difficult. From this point of view, a web-site intended for experts, teachers and parents called The Web- Site for Evaluating Educational Software was constituted providing opportunities for evaluating educational softwares and sharing their thoughts. "Educational Software Evaluation Scale" developed by Kara(2007) is used for evaluating. This study aims to transmit evaluation results regarding educational softwares on constructed web-site and give general information about the software users planning to buy.
