ABSTRACT
The article forecasts the economic performance of Indonesia with regards to its inflation. The country's inflation remains under control, despite the rise of food and commodity prices during the part of 2011. The consumer price index inflation is expected to moderate to 4.5% in 2012 from 5.2% in 2011.
