ABSTRACT
The article reports on the performance of the naphtha industry in Asia during 2012. It is stated that naphtha spot prices in Asia are expected to decline because of rising supply. The temporary closure of three refineries owned by Petroplus Holdings AG in Belgium, France, and Switzerland, has reportedly had a little impact on the Asian naphtha market.
