ABSTRACT
The article reports that the Colorado Springs City Council has unanimously voted to choose a joint bid submitted by the Poudre Valley Health System and the University of Colorado Hospital to lease the assets of the Memorial Health System on January 10, 2012. It says that the final terms of a 30-year lease are being negotiated. According to Poudre Valley chief executive officer (CEO) Rulon Stacey, the goal is to work through negotiations as quick as possible.
