ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the entitlement of the Combat Related Special Compensation for U.S. veterans with regards to the branch of service they served such as the Defense Finance Accounting Service (DFAS), Air Force, and the Department of Veterans Affairs. It mentions that the DFAS takes consideration the veteran's time of service in the military, degree of disability, rank, other esoteric items. Also, it notes that aid and attendance are not to be considered in calculating CRSC.
