The article focuses on the 100 accredited agencies recognized by the Accreditation of Park and Recreation Agencies (CAPRA) because of their excellence including the County of San Diego Parks and Recreation in California. It mentions that the accreditation is in conformity with 144 standards in relation to the management of lands, services, and safety.
