ABSTRACT
The article profiles mayor Dwight C. Jones from Richmond, Virginia and his future plans for the city of Richmond. He mentions that as a native of Philadelphia, he has wonderful memories in the park, and he became an active member of the Richmond in 1970 when he transferred to the city.
