ABSTRACT
The article offers information on the first session of the 112th Congress. In February 2011, Representative Albio Sires reintroduced the Urban Revitalization and Livable Communities Act proposing the allocation of 445 million dollar for the revitalization of the urban areas. In September, U.S. Senate released the FY Interior Appropriations bill. It mentions that the National Recreation and Park Assocition (NRPA) priorities were attacked because of the House version of FY11 Continuing Resolution.
