In this article the author offers observations on contemporary and fiber artists that are utilizing innovative techniques in their artworks. Several artworks are discussed including "All the Walks," by Susie Brandt, "Untitled," by El Anatsui and "Wind-Up: Walking the Warp," by Anne Wilson. The relationship between art and technology is also examined.
