ABSTRACT
The author discusses a model for heuristic analysis that skiers can follow. Models that are helpful in submitting potential heuristic and environmental factors to memory are discussed, including "Look, Listen, and Feel," by Kent McBride and "The Change Model," by Kurt Lewin. According to the author, the unfreezing heuristics allows for a situational change in the way that they are used in decision-making.
