ABSTRACT
The article offers information on the notice issues by the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) over its conduct of a pre-clearance consultation program on the proposed and/or continuing collections of information pursuant to the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. It notes that through the program,the requested data can be provided in the desired format using collection instruments. The Employment and Training Administration (ETA) has encouraged interested parties to comment regarding the matter.
