ABSTRACT
The article offers information on the draft non-binding guidance issued by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) titled, Guidance for 1-Hour SO2 NAAQS IP Submissions. Encouraged by the EPA are the submission of comments concerning the guidance document on or before November 2, 2011. Moreover, EPA will be providing an updated version of the guidance after reviews over the timely submitted comments.
