Focuses on the recommendation of sexual education researchers that sex-ed be started among younger children. Idea that many sex-ed programs reinforce the idea that having sex is okay among teenagers as long as it is safe; Report that sex-ed has little effect in reducing teen pregnancy, discouraging sexual activity or increasing the use of birth control; Finding that condoms are not effective in preventing most sexually transmitted diseases.
