ABSTRACT
The article highlights the new features added by International to its Class 4-5 TerraStar chassis during the fourth quarter of 2011. They include the Allison 1000 Series six-speed transmission, the 30k GCW Allison 1000 Series transmission, and the air-assist-powered park brake. It also details the addition of Sheppard 50-degree steering ear, driver-controlled locking differential, and split-bench seating with center console.
