ABSTRACT
The article discusses the latest rum products in Australia as of September 2011. Among the cocktail drinks with rum that were created are the Knickerbocker, Mojito and Mary Pickford. It examines the so called gold rum, which is defined as any rum that is subjected to barrel aging. Examples of gold rum are the Bacardi Oro, Havana Especial, and Bundaberg.
