ABSTRACT
A clinical study is conducted to investigate the impact of screen with serum cancer antigen 125 (CA-125) and transvaginal ultrasonography (TVUS) in reducing ovarian cancer mortality. Randomized controlled trial was conducted on women from 55 to 74 years of age. It is found that annual screening did not reduce ovarian cancer incidence.
