ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the business-based methodology in military. RAND Corp. in a study recommended that several military functions might resemble commercial counterparts such as administrative services, education and training, medical care, logistics, and civil engineering. These activities are separable from direct military operations. Senior military leaders are beginning to recognize the military's overdependence on corporate practices and models.
